Dynamic price model

The price model fits any customer due to its flexibility. All customers start at the entry cost level. Platform deployment speed and data flow creation are decisive factors for the platform cost level and simultaneously the reduction of hard code integration costs.

Adapters (VIA’s) create data flows related to products or services. A high data flow indicates a high number of products and services delivered, generating revenue and the flow value cost will increase equally.

If business slows down, your flow value costs will reduce equally. For example, a seasonal business cycle, or during the holidays when business is slow. The flow value cost will be reduced as well.

We limit cost fluctuations for customers to predict integration costs more accurately. Gradually increasing the platform use results in a controlled flow value cost component. This cost structure makes our platform accessible for most customers and assures a level playing field in the market.

The 30% to 60% integration cost reduction, based on the first customer pilots, is different for every customer and depending on many factors; your previous hard coding contracts, the complexity of the hard coding process, etc.

Cost components

1. Platform license

The platform license includes an unlimited number of administrators and users, paid per quarter. User registration and access permissions is the customers responsibility.

2. Adapter building (internal or external)

The customer builds Adapters necessary to integrate applications. Dedicated partners, chosen by the customer, can obtain platform access building Adapters according to business specifications.

Depending on the complexity, experience and no. of Adapters, the total building including testing and release is expected to reduce your current integration timeframe with 67% and involves only two representatives; business and IT.

3. Flow value

Each Adapter delivers a valuable flow of data. This increases efficiency and reuse of data, eliminating  mistakes and increasing your product/service quality.  

Your organisation becomes more efficient reducing the time employees spent on repetitive tasks. Chills performs these tasks error free, provided the Adapter is built properly, representing a high value for your organisation.

Getting started

Proof of Concept (PoC) phase

Free platform testing for two weeks allows the customer to verify functionality and education material.

The platform is explored for two weeks by the customer reassuring that; service, simplicity and functionality are as promised. Foundation course material is available on the Chills Portal. This education material enables the customer to build Adapters and create data flow independently from Dynamic Integrations. Partnership engagement with a platform expert consultancy firm is optional for the customer.

The customer proceeds to the collaboration phase by signing the Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement.

Collaboration phase

The Software as a Service (SaaS) agreement is signed between the customer, an optional partner and Dynamic Integrations.

By signing this agreement, at any time in this PoC phase, the customer obtains access to the Practitioner material explaining the full platform potential. Enterprise data strategy & Data governance templates, exclusive access to seminars and webinars sharing the latest platform developments will be part of this collaboration. 

A trusted partner can operate the platform supporting the customer with data strategy, business process visualisation, transformation and other services. The agreement has a three-month notice period for termination.

Chills will continuously develop new functionality and data flow visualisation. The main source for improvement is our customers, working on the platform and new technologies becoming available creating more opportunities.


Developers build new Adapters, functionality and automation available in the marketplace. Customers can test and become inspired how to use the platform and transform their organisation step by step.
